Bryn the Brilliant! Simply the best, better than all the rest! 😁… Superb service given by Bryn of Hughes Locks, 5⭐️ for sure. I’d actually give him 6 if I could! When I discovered I’d lost all the keys to our holiday let caravan he was with us within the hour and was inside the van with new temporary locks fitted all round within 30 minutes, despite a very awkward lock. He was back as promised the next day with the correct size locks and had them fitted in no time at all👍 He went way over and beyond what I expected, even coming back the following day to clear a blocked gutter and downpipe free of charge, and fitted another lock on our loft apartment with no call out fee😁 All that after charging less than he had initially quoted, which was already extremely competitive. Superb value. What a brilliant guy, genuine, skilled, honest and reliable, you can’t ask for more. I’ll definitely be using him again if I have any future lock issues. I'm very pleased with the service I have received from this firm. After being sent home from hospital late at night and not being able to get into property because of a snapped handle it was a joy to be able to have the problem sorted out speedily and at a very reasonable price. I can honestly say that Bryn is the best trader that I have used in the 15 years that I have lived here. Although my call was not desperately urgent, he came straight away and dealt with my conservstory door, all the while being freindly and answering all my questions.
